LEADING property group BHL continues to make progress with the roll-out of civil works at its masterplanned Clydesdale Estate housing development at Marsden Park.
Contractor Western Earth Moving (WEM) is cutting roads across the proposed development as BHL moves into Stage 2 of the heritage-inspired project.
Situated in the heart of Sydney’s high-growth north-west corridor, the boutique 216-hectare Clydesdale Estate will feature designer homes and plans for future integrated living over five integrated precincts, with more than 150 hectares of parklands, open green space and sporting fields, horse-riding tracks and facilities, playgrounds, bike paths and waterways.
The modern urban village will incorporate the heritage-listed Clydesdale Estate, which is being beautifully restored and repurposed into a future function centre which will reflect Marsden Park’s rich rural history.
BHL’s Head of Development Paul Hourigan says construction work on the precinct is expected to be completed towards the end of 2019.
